COMPANY POLICIES
When working with Amazing Spaces, please review the following policies and project guidelines.
CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING
Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $125 rescheduling fee.
We understand that unexpected situations arise and will always do our best to accommodate reasonable scheduling requests whenever possible.
TRAVEL + PROJECT EXPENSES
Projects located outside a 30-mile radius of Amazing Spaces may incur additional travel fees, including mileage and team travel time.
For out-of-state projects, airfare, accommodations, ground transportation, parking, and related travel expenses are the responsibility of the client. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed during the consultation and proposal process.
PRIVACY + CONFIDENTIALITY
Amazing Spaces deeply respects the privacy and trust of every client. We understand the personal nature of our work and treat all client information, spaces, and conversations with discretion and confidentiality.
No client information, photographs, or project details will be shared without written consent unless required for health or safety concerns.
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
Before-and-after photographs may be taken to document project progress and transformations.
Images may be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes; however, client names, addresses, and identifying details are never shared publicly without permission.
Clients may request that photographs remain completely private.
PRODUCTS + SUPPLIES
Amazing Spaces may assist with sourcing products and supplies to support the functionality and design of the space.
Approved products, materials, and reimbursable project expenses will be added to the final invoice. Shopping, sourcing, coordination, and installation support may also be included as part of the project investment.
DONATIONS + REMOVAL
Donation removal coordination may be included as part of the project when applicable.
While every effort is made to confirm donation items with the client, Amazing Spaces is not responsible for items unintentionally donated or discarded after client approval.
Tax donation receipts will be provided when available.
